Let’s make tacos 🌮

Dear Creativity,

A couple of weeks ago, when I was on my work trip in Austin, Texas, I met a taco that felt like a tiny manifesto. Stumbling across this photo on my phone took me back to this heavenly place.

Tajin aioli.
Chayote slaw.
A perfect squeeze of lime.

Nothing about it was expected, but everything belonged.
Crunch with heat.
Cream with citrus.
A bold little mix that had no business working this well—and yet it did.

It made me think about ideas.
And how the ones that don’t make sense at first glance often become the most flavorful.
The secret is usually in the contrast.

And sometimes, the best thing I can do…
is to roll up my sleeves and get weird with you in the kitchen.

Innovatively yours,
Dr. Abigail

Who knew tajin and chayote had so much to say?
